About Me

I graduated with a major in Human Geography from the University of British Columbia, where I first discovered GIS and its vast potential. Wanting to learn more, I decided to further my education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, in the GIS Advanced Diploma program. Currently, I am undergoing my BCIT practicum at CBRE, where I am working under the Location Intelligence team to deliver actionable insights to clients.

My GIS passion lies in analyzing demographic data, particularly within the realms of urbanization and transportation. I am fascinated by the constantly developing interactions between humans and the built environment. Growing up in the Metro Vancouver region, I watched the number of urban developments rise rapidly year after year, and unfortunately for me, so did the cost of housing.

Outside of GIS, I enjoy hiking, cycling and exploring the beautiful backcountry of British Columbia.
